[glow=red,2,300]Hey guys I know its been a while since my last post, sorry ;D, but I was checking out new Impulse stuff and found this, it looks like it might be good. People are saying its the "Best, fastest frame ever" Quoting from www.ImpulseOwnersGroup.com , Its called the PTI frame, made by www.dynamixpaintball.com , Not sure if you guys have heard of them. Here are some specs of the frame: Piezo-trigger frame for the Impulse -Piezoelectric sensor bypasses stock switch -Extreme sensitivity with absolutely no bounce -Delrin (R) trigger, very low coefficient of friction material for an extremely smooth operation -Tight tolerances, no side play -Insensitive to dirt or paint -Fully adjustable without disassembly -Self locking screws, no Loctite(r), easier to adjust -Polished and anodized -Easy and free installation -Lifetime warranty on the electronics -Patent pending Here is a pic of the frame: www.dynamixpaintball.com/sitebuilder/images/frame_13-758x307.jpgHere is one on a stock impulse: www.dynamixpaintball.com/images/right_side.jpgThey are $155.00 plus shipping from www.dynamixpaintball.com go check them out! I was reading more about the frame and i found this, sounds interesting, I'm not sure if its been done before.
"What this frame does is that it bypasses the switch. It replaces it with a piezoelectric force sensor that is set really low. If you "walk" the trigger it allows a new shot when the second finger hits the trigger even before the first finger leaves it completely."
"You don't have to change the board. There is an extra board inside the frame that process the signal from the piezoelectric sensor and sends the signal to the stock/WAS/whatever board."
I thought this was kinda cool.
