ANGEL IR-3 Software Adventure

I have successfully downloaded the program into my VISOR Pro, and i have set my IR-3 on Fetch with the IR-beam icon blinking. I go push send from my palm with my infrared an inch away nothing happends. I keep repositioning the gun, and my palm on the eye contacts, no improvement. Then BAM My IR-3 completely resets! So please let me know if anyone is skilled with this! Or since the counter says zero again, i might just sell the d**n gun, LOL!
I would rather keep it however, so please help........

By the way, when i had downloaded the software there was not Ollie Lang available as far as player's settings. It had the following only:

Markus Nielsen
Ryan Greenspan
Brian Cole
Chris Lasoya
Rocky Cagnoni

So whoever get Ollie's settings please forward to my email link below. The program in whole is pretty cool, just gotta get it to actually work! I have a MEM-2 Board on my IR-3 ,is that the reason why my IR-3 do not respond to my Palm Visor? ArGH!
